Car shoppers could take advantage of government incentives worth up to $4,500 this summer to send their old gas guzzler to the scrap heap in favor of a more fuel-efficient new vehicle.

I have a 2006 GMC Envoy lease. I get 17mpg on this vehicle. My
lease contract is up in May 2010. Does this bill include lease
vehicles with low mpg's?? And if it does, how do I get out of my
Lease contract--- buy a new vehicle??
