I should mention that my truck has been "dead" twice in 5 weeks. The dealer can't seem to figure out what might be causing the problem. We have not left anyhting on overnight but the next day the truck is dead. I'm thinking I own a $40K piece ofcrap. This is very frustrating considering how new the truck is and what its costs.

don't panic, it's just a defective battery. GM says there is a problem with the battery cable ends.(that is on the sub's) I replaced my battery after the dealership said it was fine and it has been perfect ever since. it was dead 6 times before I tested it myself and the voltage was down to 8 volts. there was no abnormal draw so i knew it was a bad cell. no troubles in the last month. If they were smart they would replace your battery before pissing off a good customer. good luck. Bro

Yes, I have my Avalanche jump started every 1 to 2 weeks. Very frustrating!!! I have now been told twice I need a new battery. I didn't want to believe it the first time I was told.

Daily Horoscope for December 3

Virgo

We're already into December, so it's time to do some serious thinking about your festive preparations. How are they coming along? If you haven't even started them yet, there's no need to be gripped by a senseless panic. Instead of rushing around in circles, why not make a list of tasks, starting with the most important ones, and steadily work your way through it.
