I'm not sure but isn't Ford one of the very few auto manufactures that didn't take a bail out?

I agree with "let it be known" and "MaMa". I am kind of new to the area and have not purchased from them yet but have stopped in. Very nice people even when they do not make a sale. When I need a replacement vehicle, I will buy from Watseka!

Well, I have dealt with Watseka ford, bought my first car through them… they were nice… Now the dodge dealer ship, they are also nice but they will not tell you everything about the car you buy… that is in my own opinion… I bought a car through dodge and a year and a half later took it in to get it looked at and a gentlemen said,“you’re the one who bought the rental car.” In my mind I was like what??? I bought a rental car… that kind of pissed me off but now, I do not think I will buy a car from any of those places due to the fact that my next car is going to be a BMW or Benz… but you guys have your own opinions on who you might want to buy from….

Either way, you will get some sort of the shaft when you buy a new car… its life…. LOL

I have moved away from Watseka and do return to visit family and when driving thru town Dralles's seems to have made a nice investment in the community.I am sure they employ local people and create a tax benefit larger than the other dealerships based on appearance.I would hope Watseka citizens would embrace any jobs that can be saved or created for such a small community.

Yeah they employ people from the community, but it still doesn't give them the right to treat people like shit.they need more people persons there.Watseka Ford still treats people with respect no matter who you are,or what your last name is.And I stand by that.

I have bought 2 cars from dralle's. Granted they were not brand new cars, the first one I drove off the lot when to the school to pick up gets and that is all the further I made it. The alternator went out. I call them and they say they can't do anything about it, so I get ahold of the hubby and he calls, so they come fix it. Not a real expensive fix but still owned the car less than an hour. About 10 years later bought another used car from them made one trip to the hospital in chicago and tranny light comes on. Owned it less than 48 hours. Took back they put it on some machine and little later they told me the sensor for the tranny was bad and needed to be fixed, almost 2,600.oo to fix. I went to the salesman that sold me the car, he said nothing they could do, I threw a fit and he sent me to his boss. Like I told his boss if they didn't want to fix the damn car free of charge I would leave here and go straight to my bank and stop payment on the almost 9,000.00 dollar check. In the end they ended up fixing it. Guess what I am trying to say is the I haven't had the best experiences there. Ford on the other hand, we have bought used vehicles there and not had a problem. Maybe it was just a fluke at dralle's but not one that I want to chance again.

I went to Dralles to look at the cars a few years back. The salesman had me look at a van which was marked for that year..I think it was 2006. We drove it, checked out the numbers, worked up a deal, and by the time they were done with their "we'll be just a lttle longer, just a few more minutes, we're working on the paperwork now" it was 4 hours later. Everyone was going home, I hadn't had anything to eat and started having low sugar issues. When I mentioned it to the guy that I wanted to go home, give it some thought and come back the next day, he basically said,"you want a candy bar?" No, I wanted to think about it. In the need to find something decent to eat to really regain clear thoughts, I signed and left. What I found out later appalled me. The paperwork on the car said 2006, but all the paperwork I signed and the key tag said 2005! They had sold me an old car listed as new! When I called about the issue, they swore they knew nothing about it, offered to take some off the sale and free oil change for a year. Needless to say, I raised major concerns about deception and was luckily able to have the contract waived.

Certainly be very careful and read through everything. I'm not saying that they are purposely doing these things, but after my experience and telling everyone I knew what had happened, I was given some negative feedback others have had with Dralles as well.

Best suggestion, ask around before doing business for a major purchase!

I wouldn't buy a Matchbox car from Dralle in Watseka. They treat you like crap, and you might as well bend over and take it up the rear, because they don't give 2 shits about helping people, just screwing them.

But is it a QUALITY screwing? I mean do they back their high prices up with long waits and poor quality? Cause screwing people and doing it right aint no easy job.

Yeah, you would think they would employ local people but instead in last week's Spirit they had a help wanted ad written entirely in spanish. I know that I don't speak spanish along with most of this area and with so many people unemployed right now, they could of had a lot more applicants for that job. Basically that tells me that if they have to write it completely in spanish, they are NOT looking for a legal citizen. So here is the translated version for dralle: I, along with a lot of other outraged people that has read that ad that I've talked too, have decided to no longer buy a vehicle from you again.

Next time you visit drive around Wateska and the other towns where Dralle owns several run down apartment buildings and then tell us about the investment in community. Garbage lying all around, junk cars and scattered debris. Buildings with sewage pumping out on the ground, structure fire damage, and deadbeat tenants that don't work sitting about on old couches and picnic tables. Drug bust are routine in these swills inhabited by non working deadbeats and promoted by the substandard conditions provided for by Mr. Dralle. "Nice investment in the Community"? Ask the taxpaying homeowners unfortunate enough to have these rundown crime ridden housing disgraces in their neighborhood what they think about Dralle's investment?
