excessive cranking time to start 2002 buick lasabre

My 2002 buick lasabre lately is taking a lot of cranking time to start. I have had the ignition switch replaced, fuel pump is new, fuel filter is new, fuel pressute regulator is new, starter relay is good, and all the negative grounds are good and after an exhaustive by my mechanic they are stumped. I recently have been going through all points on the ignition(alt, off,on,start) and sometimes the car just fires right up. The car has 148,000 miles on it and up til now its just click and start. Anyone have any similar problem??
