Chrysler's flickering lights could be programming glitch
When the car is started, the dash lights and headlights flicker, and the battery light illuminates, then goes off after a while.

Get a new alternator, just saying, and also get a new battery

My 2005 Chrysler 300 limited do the same thing. Dealer replaced battery alternator all of the above and still the flickering/pulsing so they recently sent out a tsb and fixed it regarding a programming error.
