the reason they send these emails is to get all the relavent information to literally steal your identity, get credit cards and what not in your name etc etc.. i recieved the very same email this morning. and rather than just delete it i replied to it and asked for more information, why? i hear you ask, basicly so i could comfirm that not only was it a scam but also to prove that all the emails were the same person fropm the same computer from the same IP address.. which i did.. just to give you an update i tracked this guy down to redbridge, hornsey in north london. then phoned crime stoppers asked them if they would be interested in an email identity scam gave them his ip address, ISP, and the address of his house and any other information i could give them.. chances are he will be arrested in the morning if he hasnt been allready. lol
so lets hope thats an end to that

Wednesday May 30 I had also got the same type of mail, which offers a brand new BMW 5 series car and a cash prize of GBP850,000/-. They had also asked me to contact the FEDEX to ship the stuff to my residence with a quote for the shipment. More over they had contacted me in phone. What is going on?? If it is not true why can't you stop it? or is it the maerketing strategy of BMW in this century??? Why dont you take any legal action against such people?????? Any way thank God....My money was saved

I sure do love that BMW, its a shame that there are some people out there that believe that we are really stupid. First to think that we believe that crap and then to send our personal information. COME ON, I WAS BORN AT NIGHT BUT NOT LAST NIGHT. RFHB, GEORGIA

The scam is " Winner must pay for delivery " so, if you respond, I am sure you will get the next email asking for a wire tranfer of the delivery fees for a non-existant prize.
