Their bragging about not hiring workers and using temps. What a croc. That has got to stop hire more workers and quit cheating them by using temps A law should be passed some the temps working there will be secure in their jobs and could get BETTER TRAINING.Temp workers are like illegal workers don't get paid good and bad or nonexistent benefits.

I can't tell you how frustrating it is to work for a company like BMW as a "temporary" employee. I use the word temporary in quotes because there is nothing "temporary" about my job. I can work at the company for as long as any other associate, as long as I show up everyday on time and work twice as hard as a BMW employee and don't complain about my pay (about half the pay of those who get a bonus and benefits). But I can't complain too much. I get to work at BMW! Woo Hoo!

B shift is horrible. It not only affects the hours you are at work but basically or actually you have no life whatsoever. You eat, sleep, and go to work. Days off? You just recover from the work and don't feel like doing anything else. |
Yeah, B shift would definitely suck, but A shift is kind of the same deal. Get up at 5am, go work till 6:10pm, get home by 7, eat, sleep, do it again. You never see the sun, except through the cafeteria windows. You really get about three hours to yourself unless you want to sacrifice sleep.
