I could use any help. So far have only driven it in the summer months. I am leaning toward non-run flat tires.

I have the same question but do know that after speaking with my local tire rep you'd need to also replace your wheels if you want non run-flat tires, unless your model came equipped with non run-flats. Something about the run-flat sensing system is very particular and you have to be careful when swapping out rims and tires. I would check with either your BMW Authorized Service Department or an experienced tire person at a local shop. Since BMW's are not run of the mill you have to be extra careful with issues such as this and run-flat tires have intricate sensing systems that continually monitor their status in case loss of pressure is sensed.
Good Luck!

I have a 97 328 ic 16 inch wheels and have run Michelin X ice tires every winter for 3 winters now - before they were Gislaved snow tires - The michelin X-ice tires -are simply FANTASTIC - went through 10 inches of fresh snow - no problems - 5 suv's were off the road - and I chugged on home - 20 miles - these tires are amazing - now I need to find some nice performance tires that don't wear out in 15k miles - any ideas -
