Symptom: Fan blower only works on high speed. If I replace the blower motor resistor, it will work fine for a while, then stops working again. I've replaced the blower motor resistor twice, and it's down again. Any ideas what might be causing these to fail? I did not buy the replacement part from the dealer, if that could possibly matter. 1994 BMW 325i. Thanks!!!
