I have a 2000, 323i and the low-beam headlite is out? These bulbs are quite expensive and need to know if it is the bulb that is broken or not? The bulb flashes three(3) times when I turn on the lights then dies out. IS the bulb broken or is the balast or the ignitor broken. The other headlamp is working fine on the passenger side?
