Marysville, Ohio: A large group of head managers and reps of Honda Motor Co. arrived from Japan to Ohio to reassure the Accord assembly workers that they will keep shift cuts to a minimum. "We try best we can" said Linlang Chung, USA production head at Honda. But he was quickly interrupted by Chingfong Lo, a main manager at Honda Motors "We do what best for company, sales so lo, we need cut NOW! Maybe in futur we move to Mexico" he insisted. The Honda Accord, once a cash cow for Honda, has recently been redesigned for 2008, a catastrophic redesign that is being compared to the 3rd generation Taurus disaster. Once a dynamic and cool looking sedan, the Accord is now being called "overbloated" and "Buick Wannabe" by leading critics. A Honda marketing rep could not contain his anger over the Accord losing car of the year to the all new 2008 Chev Malibu. "We sorri we didnt win, BUT WE ARE BEST, WHY WE DIDNT WIN?! I HATE ALL DE CAR MAGAZIN FROM NOW ON!" This negative publicity has reflected in sales, factory orders have dropped 60% since the new model introduction, and the new models are flooding dealer lots. "I dont know where to fir them on our lot really, we were considering selling them to the local car rental company or chinese delivery service with big incentives" a Ohio Honda dealer manager told reporters outside the plant. He was part of a large group of dealer owners demanding the Accord be totally revamped for next year, since the 08s low sales are deeply hurting them.
Near the end of the conference, Honda changed its story by saying "Sels dooing veri well, no more comment". The conference left many questions unanswered, as main honda reps declined to comment on rumored major labor cuts in Marysville or to elaborate further on remarks made about Mexican production of US Accords. The conference ended with a police incident when a Honda marketing chief exclaimed "DIS ACCORD IS GARBAGE, WHY WE LISTEN TO DIS DESIGNERS? WE FAIL IN SALES" and started punching one of the designers as well as pouring hot green tea on him. The designer suffered minor burns and tried to fight back by throwing rice and was taken to hospital where it was discovered Honda does not cover any health insurance. Plant workers were left to clean up the blood stains and the rest of the wet mess. |

Actuality that is wrong. The technology was developed prior Ikuo Kajitani. Honda was simply the first to market it, followed by other japanese folks. Anyhow, I just wanted to share that bit of information with you. |

Is hard to make decision, the last NSX is a japanese ferrari, and what's goin to be on the new one. MR? V10? if it is too advance and too fast, what will be the price tag? the market is the hardest thing to decide.
