The honda accord sedan gets 22/31 mpg, and the wagon gets only 18/27? competitive for its class?
The VW Jetta sportwagon TDI gets 55 mpg highway and costs less! Honda has laid an egg here! |

Tom, get a grip. The Jetta does not get an EPA certified 55mpg highway. The Crosstour will compete with midsize SUV's and its mileage is respectable.

The jetta does indeed get 55 mpg highway. I have a friend who owns one and it gets 55 mpg on the interstate. Just like my civic hybrid averages better than the epa mileage. And the jetta sportWAGON, is a wagon, just like the accord. Respectible? Please! the chevrolet equinox costs just 21k and gets 22/32 mpg. |
