Yes, you CCP screwed up under Mao and are desperate to fix Mao's stupidity! But other countries do not need such inhuman policies.

Unfortunately, only the Chinese are beaten-down enough to tolerate the Chinese Communist Party owning their genitals!

HUMILIATING!

You are homeless and starving in prosperous and free Calgary?

Go to the food bank or one of the mission soup kitchens.

Get help, you poor wretch.

deciding for someone else how many children they can have IS a violation to the human rights (Specifically speaking: the reproductive rights).

I disagree with these view, thought. I only find forcing women to get pregnant against their will and abortion for any reasons other than a high risk pregnancy to be atrocities (even thought the second one isn't considered an atrocity by the supposedly humane West).

People shouldn't have more children than they can properly raise just because they hate using condoms. In many third world countries you can see people begging in the streets or digging in the trash with the help of their four or five kids. Now you tell me, what future are these people going to give to their children when they don't even bother to send them to the school?
It just makes harder to fight the cycle of poverty in our poor countries trying to prosper. like I said, I don't support abortions but I won't oppose forced vasectomies for the worst offenders and giving free condoms in hospitals.
It is so Amazing

Although I agree with you from the HUMAN RIGHT PoV but in in many over populated nations, such fertility is viewed by many of their own citizens as irresponsible.

Statistics have shown that the lower income group tends to have the biggest family and they can barely feed themselves.

They give birth in litter and expects the Government to take care of them and that add to the stress. Many of these nations do not even produced enough clean drinking water left alone food to eat. That is why overpopulated Philippines has denigrated from a RICE EXPORTER during the Marcos Era to a RICE IMPORTER today.

Perhaps issuing free condoms may be helpful as it may also prevent STD in many of these 3rd world states.
