Did Secretary Rice abandon an Ambassador, and several Americans to be tortured, and murdered? No she didn't. Did Secretary Rice get drunk, and dance on the tables in bars around the world shaming the American people? No she didn't. She was a very effective Secretary of State representing America, and making us proud. Hillary, not so much.
