Two big meals may be better than six small ones

Yep, for some of us, our blood sugar is easier to control this way. Eating three small meals with snacks seems to only increase my hunger.
But if I eat two meals and refrain form eating after 4 in the afternoon, I feel so much better.
Problem is, it is hard to be sociable and stick to this routine.
