I WILL NEVER BUY A TOYOTA AGAIN. THEY ARE NO BETTER THAN GM OR FORD (FIX OR REPAIR DAILY) JUNK. ONCE TOYOTA STARTED BUILDING THEIR CARS IN THE U.S., I EXPECTED A DROP IN QUALITY. THIS, OF COURSE, HAS HAPPENED AND CONTINUES TO GET WORSE. WHY DO YOU THINK TOYOTA DROPPED THE WARRANTY PERIOD DOWN TO U.S. STANDARDS? PLASTIC MANIFOLDS AND TIMING BELTS - DELIBERATE AND MALICIOUS RIP-OFFS. AND THEY KNOW WE'RE SO STUPID THAT WE WILL KEEP BUYING THEIR JUNK, EVEN AFTER THESE RIP-OFFS.

Toyota has gone the way of the dinosaur. We here at the helm suggest you buy an old fixer upper and refurbish it. At any rate, those swell guys at toilet continue to drop turds on the American people.

I saw a tundra on the side of the road today. The bed was wobbling so bad the driver had to shut her down. We advised him not to take it over 55 (our roads are tough in LA) and head back to the dealer.

Facts boys just facts –
Toilet is junk, they make junk and you buy and drive that junk. From the sissy boy tundra to the lipstick yuppie lexus (which is dead).
Oh almost forgot - Mullet heads and rednecks build ricers in America. Many of them live in California.

Buying an inferior import is treason. Buy cars from American based companies. Keep your money here.

Along with the announced pending and expected 4 billion in losses this year, Toyota has just announced they will no longer try to earn market. They will concede and slow production to try and fix the mammoth quality failures they have experienced in the last few years.
Did we mention the new lexus is being labeled as “strange?”

I bought my wife a RAV4. She had a couple of toyotas years ago and liked them. Well, the quality ain't what it used to be. Within 30 months and 24,000miles, the steering column broke (while we were on vacation 400 miles from home), and now that the warranty expired 20 days ago, water is leaking into it through the cowling. They have to "decide" if they are going to "help me out" or if I have to foot the bill for the repair. A repair that has had a service bulletin on it and is evidently well known to toyota employees. I have owned a honda, a Nissan Sentra, 2 Nissan pickups, 2 Subarus, an Oldsmobile, a Chevy Malibu and a Buick Park Avenue. Not one of them ever had water leak into them or had a steering column break. I've bought my last Toy-junk-a.

Back on topic, Toyota has now commenced contacting millions upon millions of owners regarding the fouled up floor mats.

Just was informed by my ex Toyota dealer that because the bumper to bumper expired 20 days ago, and because it is such an "inexpensive" repair, that they cannot afford me any "goodwill" and I will have to pay for the repair. The "inexpensive" repair will be about $198 bucks. I called Toyota Corp. I'm not expecting much. I'm going to order a "Toyota makes junk cars" bumper sticker.

Was just contacted by my dealership. After talking with Toyota Corp., they have decided that they can, indeed repair my leaking RAV4 windshield for free.

They had better. They pulled one on me about the brakes. Said they would not fix my brakes because I live in a warm climate state. They issued a recall on the brakes but only for the people that live up north. So I guess when I drive to Ohio to visit family I hope it doesnt get cold NOT. Hey maybe if I go into a dealership in Ohio they will fix my brakes??? Way to go Toyota. You treat your customers like this and soon they will catch on and JUMP SHIP!!!

Amazing -
FYI - Most auto makers mastered the leaking windshild issues 50 years ago.
