Gather round for another round of rice pumping action. From the crappy transmissions, gay shaping, to the ding filled bumpers, toyota owners tell all.

out of focus has run to the hills, nowhere to be found.

con tiki is hiding under the covers, shaking and wiping the tears as he knows the truth is coming out about the imports...

Get out the camera, toyota has just passed another stool to its customers.

Fix the awful tranny!!!!
by Melissa from Near Allentown, PA (6/02/07)

Pros: Comfortable interior, generally quiet, Bluetooth on steering wheel
Cons: Very jerky transmission, Seatbelts were in awkward positions

I don't own this car but I test drove an '07 LE V6. I noticed immediately that the transmission was very jerky while changing gears. I've read many reviews now of people with transmission problems/failures. I am so glad I didn't buy that car.

Dont buy and reasearch heavily on future models
by GYXRGB from LOS ANGELES, CA (6/01/07)

2 out of 3 people found this review helpful
Pros: Looks Sporty, has good features and easy to drive
Cons: Transmission hesitation is , seats can become uncomfortable on long rides.

I bought this car as an everyday driver. The one problem that gives me a genuine concern is the transmission. I live in LA so the cold start problem does not affect me so much but I have felt it time to time.

Don't buy it
by Lou from Chicago (5/31/07)

8 out of 10 people found this review helpful
Pros: This had a good torque, but not enough horses
Cons: I had a lot of mechanical problems with it

I don't know why other people like Toyota, I had only bad experience with it. Right from the factory, it had major problems. The disk brakes were faulty and I had them replaced after 1 month.

Toyota Review
by Tommy from Indianapolis, IN (5/31/07)

4 out of 8 people found this review helpful
Pros: Build quality, reputation, good depreciation
Cons: Slow acceleration, vibration from on highway, some options should be standard

I know the Camry has been very popular, but other car manufacturers are starting to catch up to this car. The Camry has all the pluses that are well known by now, reliability, high value, comfort. But there are some features that are a little over-rated, like the acceleration. The V6 has 268 hp ...

TOYOTA SHOULD RECTIFY THE HESITATION PROBLEM NOW!
by Nancy from CA (5/29/07)

18 out of 19 people found this review helpful
Pros: Toyota still pushing hard to sell a defective brand with no rectifications! WOW!
Cons: Sorry for the owners who did not listen to many negatives & still bought one!

I would not recommend this Camry until Toyota issues a certificate of roadworthiness on the hesitation problem even if it was the Car of the year from Motor Trend or top selling car the last 6 years. A defective car needs to be repaired and not sold in the market. Toyota should accept the defect ...

Thats why Toyota is number one now and Honda and Toyota are building in this area.

Well the people in my world drive trucks/cars until they fall apart from under them. You will seldom see foreign cars of any sort here. and when someone puts an american flag on a toyota they get beeped at!

Not sure about your area, I see about 1 new tundra for every 25 new silverados I see.

that I am. But every day I see the old blue and grey silverado coming past our house. 350k miles on it, fender rusted literally half way up, flapping in the wind. Doors held on by patch after patch, truck literally falling apart. Yet its hauling a huge bail of hay. And our driveways, the neighbors, all lined with american cars.

Oh wow... you guys see a bunch of used silverados running around. You wanna know the reason? Domestics get lower financing since nobody wants a used american car.

Well, except unedu.cated hic.ks (the same people Toyota employs that in turn, degraded their quality).

You'll NEVER see a lexus built in america for a reason. Honestly, you guys should quite ban.ging yer sisters and start growing a brain.

You never made it through debate did you? Exhibited by your posts one seeís pro yota as you mention the name repeatedly. Get smart, if they can build here and it saves money, then it will happen. You noticeably lack in the astuteness department. Come on buddy from Chicago, donít they have schools up there? Surely you can create some type of resourceful or sophisticated response, anything?

Did you live in the city? did a big guy in a truck beat your windshield in with a bat because you flipped him off?

Do not post rudeness like that again, or you will be reported. That is utter sickness, clearly stereotyping about something you know little about.

PS: I see lexus, mercedes, bmws, porsches, and jags almost every day.(of course thats not everybody here, but there are some)
