Hmmm ... let's see. someone being obsessed with their car is worse than someone who is obsessed with someone else's car?

One should ponder that.

Just sayin'.

This is too funny.

George Zimmerman not guilty. The right decision is made.

Very happy with the Jury's not guilty verdict. I wonder if the company that employed Zimmerman uses Volts?

That's very true...

don't blame Zimmerman...

blame those who made and support the concealed carry weapons laws...

without writing in the protections from vigilantes who use them.

Too Funny.

kill because they weren't satisfied and...

wanted something better after having bad bm's.

So now we can start taking apart this segment and where sales are coming from. I beleive it's a combination of lease deals and entry trim levels. In some states it's nearly a free car between the subsidies and fuel savings. This is causing an uptick in sales.

They should change the name of the Volt to the WelfareMobile, and hire this sow to do commericals.

As sales go up the subsidies come down.

Iím happy to see the forum calm again. This is the greatest gift anybody could ask for. We need to start talking about what made Volt so successful in this segment and how the other cars are trying to compete.

A common misconception. Especially by haters. There are no more subsidies for plug in electrics.

The subsidies totaled $6.9 billion. A one time subsidy. Signed by George Bush Sr. in 1992. That's 21 years ago.

That $6.9 billion is for all plug in electrics, including the Tesla S.

There is nothing to come down. It's been paid for, for years now.

That $6.9 billion, one time subsidy pales in comparison to the $50 billion in taxes we spend, every year, to protect our interests in foreign oil fields. In countries that hate us and provide money to Al Qaeda.

Since 1992, that is $1 trillion we have spent protecting gasoline.

And gasoline stinks.

What have I said that is out of line? You are taking a positive and trying to bring a negative. I walk the walk and talk the talk. If you have an example that says otherwise please bring it forward. You asked two questions and I politely answered them for you.
By the way, Schmuck also means Penis. While it does have other meanings it also means Penis. Simply Google Schmuck and tell me the first definitions donít include Penis. I was simply letting you know as a friend.
I think it would be great for us all to be happy about Voltís # 1 sales position. I look forward to other cars claiming the #1 sales position in coming years.

I never called him a schmuck. I merely stated that schmucks hate the Volt ...(in a round about way I said that).

He took the name on voluntarily. Now he blames me. I've taken on bigger haters than those on in this forum.

These guys are gnats.

Slow down Volt Master. I know about the subsidies and where they came from. You got the wrong man. Volt is good.

The Volt is nothing more than a welfare program. If it was half the car iluvmyVolt shills it is, it wouldn't need the welfare payments to sell it.

Any person that hasnít been behind the wheel of a Volt should certainly try it. They are a blast to drive and very peppy.
