Is that check engine light illuminated again? Is there a strange sound when starting the car? A bit more grumble in the engine, a touch more sway in your faith. How much have you spent on repairs? Is that too much? It is a question we have all had to ask at one point or another.

Statistics show that car owners spend around $900 annually on repairs. For those who take their vehicle to the dealership everytime there is a warning sign, the cost surge up to $1,500, while for the DIYers, who buy a car diagnostic tool kit, the number is around $600. That number does not include the 3.7 percent spent on gasoline and motor oil ($1,007 per car), or the 2.2 percent ($599 per car) shelled out for insurance.

Data also reveal that the older the vehicle is, the more cost of repairs the car owner have to pay. Although some obd2 tools, such as ECU chip tuning tool, can help improve the vehicles performance, the spending is still $100 to $200 more than the new cars.

And, maybe you can use KESS V2 , Kess V2 Following on the success of the tremendously stable and versatile Kess 1, this latest addition to the Alientech stable is probably the most advanced tool available today.

Wow, Albertclive! I can't believe it cost $900 dollars for you. I'm looking to maintain my car so it will last longer. What are some essential things that I'll need to keep in mind?

It depends on however you look into it. Like all advanced machines, cars and their parts have projected operational life spans.makers anticipate that some parts can fail usually which you may replace them as a part of routine maintenance, where as others can last longer.Spend $500 to $800 for a little time (75000 to 100000 km).
