Some other differences between the 02' K3500 GMC 6.6 dually and my 95' Ford 7.3 2wd dually. I've done one complete brake job, my brother has to do one every 50 miles or so. There 200,000 miles on the GM and 300,000 on the Ford. The window's never freeze in my Ford, ever. You can't open the window's in the GM for 20 min or so. I've replaced my roof marker light bulbs 3 times.

I have 3 quotes from the Ford dealer that total $150,000. from 2005. Each quote cost me $170+ Tax. I replaced a crank sensor myself which took 2 minutes, so far so good.

The GM would start in -45*C without being plugged in and there is decent heat. My 7.3 currently starts in -30*C without being plugged in, on 12 yr old Ford batteries ($140 each and they blow away any battery out there). However unless you doing 60 mph on the highway you will freeze your hands and balls right off. The GM's will blow me off the highway pulling and I'm empty. I'm also running 350 hp and 650 lbs torque these days, no not even a 0.00001 mpg increase it's all B.S. I got the Banks Cooler, intake, exhaust, 6 position chip...
