You obviously don't want to discuss cars.

You must avoid jumping to conclusions like that.
Bad habit.

Speaking about cars.....
So lets talk about the deplorable mess General Motors finds itself in these days.
GM is in record territory with all its recalls.
And 300 deaths on top of that?
Yikes!

I don't care about gm. Could care less about them. But kudos on trying to change the subject and put groups of people against one another. You do a good job at division.

Though since you bring it up I will tell you my thought on it. From what I understand, the american public just isn't interested in the story. Why? I think recalls are becoming a run of the mill practice and many people just don't care. Looking at the sales, the public rewarded gm wirh strong results last month. I will give Mrs. Barra credit though, she seems to be taking a standup approach at trying to fix the culture at GM. Hope she can succeed.

My last GM vehicle was a 2008 Silverado. It was imo an average truck. Had the infamous slip yoke problems and a slightly off front bumper. Sold it.

New trucks seem ok to me though kind of blocky. I think the look grows on you. One thing imo that needs to be addressed is the interior and wider availability of the 6.2l.

I replaced that truck with a Ram Limited edition. It's my farm truck. No complaints and the interior is wonderful.

With toyota's plugin sales up and conventional hybrid sales down, combined with the growing market of plugins, this is a good advertisement for prius.

And the prius batteries don't blow up.

I would not want my batteries to blow up. I'm in the market for a car like this but I don't want battery troubles.

Buy a 70's chrevelot Nova. You can paint the canadian flag on it and pretend you are a cop.
