A high profile attorney is on trial in Federal Court Corpus Christi this week for bribery of both a judge and witnesses.

How can this happen? Why does it take the feds to address issues like this? The fact is that the relevant Texas authorities not only refuse to address issues like this but they cover them up.

This corruption goes to the top of the bar and the judiciary. As two examples, the Judge William Adams corruption and the Michael Morton situation. Both of these situations are ongoing this week.

In the Judge William Adams case, he ruled on behalf of his personal lawyer and friend that it was frivolous to believe a child who said the friend had done wrong. The child said the friend and others told him to lie. Both parents testified the child was honest and intelligent. Third party witnesses corroborated the child's statements and also lots of circumstances. The child knew things he could not have know but for what he said being true. A child psychologist testified she interviewed the child and she found him credible. There was no evidence against the child other than general vague unsubstantiated denials by the people who the child said asked him to lie. Much later, a receipt was produced by surprise that "kind of" was "sort of" inconsistent with what the child said. The Court had denied all discovery. It was never tested by discovery. The lawyer who produced the receipt had already told black and white lies in the case (Lanette Joubert). She had said a chid care provider was perfectly OK and it was frivolous to suggest otherwise. Actually, the child care provider was homicidal, suicidal, psychotic at times, etc. Judge William Adams held it was irrelevant that the child care provider was seriously mentally ill.

What does the corrupt bar do specifically (James Ehler and Marie Haspil). It starts attacking the mother and her lawyer for believing the child. Of course, children are believed in Court particularly an intelligent honest nearly 6 year old child like this. The child was told to say lies that would put her mother in prison (among other things). These lawyers had been lying about a supposed affair between the mother and the lawyer. They are just liars. But, according to the corrupt Marie Haspil and the Corrupt James Ehler and the Corrupt Judge William Adams this woman's lawyer was supposed to just ignore what the child said and do nothing while his client was set up for prison. These corrupt individuals with the bar also were totally unconcerned that Lanette Joubert lied about the condition of the child care provider (and the fabricated affair of which there was zero evidence). The point is that the bar as represented by James Ehler and Marie Haspil is corrupt the core. I have personally observed James Ehler laugh and then do nothing when one of these lawyers (one of the same lawyers who asked the child to lie got caught right in front of him telling a whopper of a lie to a tribunal). James Ehler is corrupt.

These rulings were corrupt and retaliatory. The Judge had a serious conflict of interest. The judicial conduct commission did nothing. They claimed they had no authority to address judicial rulings. But, at some point a judicial ruling becomes so bad that it amounts to corruption. Tom Cunningham personally heard the mother and her lawyer testify about how they were attacked for seeking to address the witness tampering the child said occurred. He personally heard the testimony about how the Judge said was irrelevant that the child care provider was seriously mentally ill. He then in an opinion relating to the Judge beating his daughter says 12 lawyers said the judge made lawful rulings. There is no indications of the identities of these lawyers. Of course, at least 3 or 4 were probably the same lawyers who benefited from his corruption.

Back to the current situation, where in one week two proceedings are ongoing concerning legal corruption in this State? Why? The legal system here is corrupt to the top.

It is real interesting how the tables have turned on women. For a very long time, family law corruption was almost all directed at men. Lately, it seems that a significant portion is directed at women.
