My first office with my S corp. was here - half way through my agreement, the office manager called me when I was travelling to tell me she "needed" my office back to give to Marriott Corporation. Really?
Written agreements meant nothing to them and the office manager had a bizarre interpretation of an agreement with a particular office number on it (her opinion was she could put me anywhere on the floor she wanted for the remainder of the agreement - even in an office I let her know I didn't want before I signed my agreement!)
Be careful - they are very slippery.
