In particular read this quote from the article above..."Nelson Mandela was released from 27 years in jail on February 11th, 1990.
Go back to the graph with Jim Peron's figures on it, and you'll see something interesting. In 1989/1990, the Apartheid Government under President FW De Klerk was talking PEACE. They were talking about handing over power to Nelson Mandela and the ANC. As a consequence of this talk, and to show their sincerity, they released Nelson Mandela from prison in February 1990. But what happened immediately after that? Not what you would expect! Look at the graph... and you will see... crime started exploding upwards! You will see it on each and every one of the graphs below - except for rape. Rape is the only crime that did not go up as a result of Nelson Mandela's release. But every other crime - from burglary to MURDER exploded upwards from that moment onwards!
And EXPLODE - it did! Like never before in the history of South Africa!"
If you read on in this article you will see the other graphs show that car theft on an annual level was relatively stagnent under prior white governments and that it has been rising dramatically since 19994 when Mandella attained office.
Another irresponsible measure that Mandella has taken to (which this article mentions) is mass realeses of prisoners. This echoes of Fidel Castro's order to "flush the toilets of Cuba" onto the United States back in 1983 (if you have seen Scarface you will know what I mean!)
Other crimes have seen similar increases. What is more relevant is the fact that a vast proportion of the crimes are committed by blacks. Read the following article to better understand;

One of the party was shot in the scuffle."

These excerpts illustrate two vital points.
1) That white people in power grossly use there position for self gain...the now endemic corruption and subsequent inaction on key areas of crime validates the view that blacks are more prone to gross abuses of power than whites are
2)Blacks in power are infact worse in treating their own since action on crime would indicate a genuine care and concern for the populus (of which many are black)
So keep their warring ways out of Australia besides we have overcrowded cities here alreay. We don't need ghettos here.

Finally, the Flynn effect may well reduce or eliminate differences in IQ between nations in the future. One estimate is that the average IQ of the US was below 75 before factors like improved nutrition started to increase IQ scores. Some predict that considering that the Flynn effect started first in more affluent nations, it will also disappear first in these nations. Then the IQ gap between nations will diminish. However, even assuming that the IQ difference will disappear among the babies born today, the differences will remain for decades simply because of the composition of the current workforce. Steve Sailer noted as much when discussing the workforce in both India and China (see second diagram)[6].

A parent has objected to the "no whites" entry requirement for an accountancy Olympiad.

The parent, Rhett Kahn, whose daughter attends Welkom High School, said he couldn't believe his eyes when he saw a notice for entry to the Olympiad which stated: "No white students are allowed to enter." ...

Africans lived in tribalism and superstition for thousands of years and had never created literate societies. Europeans introduced values that were alien to Africa, and once Europeans were gone, society returned to African norms – violence, corruption, despotism and superstition. Maybe that has a trickle-down affect, because the thing that shocks many Westerners most is the way Africans treat Africans.

If your statement was correct, then why is it over the entire period from when Mandela first assailed to presidency (and assumingly) commenced to have duristiction over record keeping, including statistics on crime, has it been rapidly increasing across most types aswell, likewise with rates of HIV/AIDS infection?
The graphical statistics over the period alone (now some 13 years), since Mandela came to office indicates a burgeoning crises developing in Sth Africa. So your statement about poor reporting under white rule is completely erroneous. The only truth evident from your entry is the desire for a sense of revenge on white people which itself is misguided since many of Africa's black rulers show a savagery for their own people not known in the west.

My point is that if the black rulers in Sth Africa actually had a grip on crime (or more accurately a desire to deal with it), then the statistics (and you seem to imply the blacks are producing accurate ones), would indicate a plateau or decrease in crime levels. But the statistics are showing otherwise with dramatic increases across most types every year since Mandela took office. So your argument that Africans are genuinly concerned about dealing with crime can be proved by your very (favoured) black statistics, to be completely wrong! In fact if the current governmet was doing a better job on crime statistics acquistion and publication, then an ever worser picture of the state of decay of Sth Africa would be evident.
