P.F. Chang's announces new leadership

David Campo has been named operating partner at P.F. Chang's China Bistro at Del Monte Center, and Bob Williams the new chef and culinary partner.

Maybe their sucky customer service will improve as well. 2 hours at this restaurant for a party of 3 is ridiculous.(Happened to us last month!!!!)

Lets hope the food gets better. I enjoyed dinner at other P.F. Changs and each time been disappointed at the food at the Del Monter operation.
