The Vatican doesn't want to set itself up to be proven wrong again like they were with Galileo - discovery of earth like planets with biology elsewhere is not far off - although fiknding intelligence and / or contact might take much longer. The earth wasn't the center of the universe and we probably are not the only conscious life forms.

Aliens walk amongst us here on earth, they're everywhere. I've been suspiciously eyeing off our PM lately as no self-respecting 'human' would eat their own ear wax. And that sing-song robotic voice of his drives me crazy!!!!

Hasn't the Vatican seen the movie Men in Black??? Somebody should send them a copy - a pirated one of course.
