Yeah I call fake too.

Pause it at 15 seconds & have a look.
Whatever it is appears twice in the frame, once brightly on the far right as well as a ghost image of the next frame's image where it's bright in the centre.
See the same effect at 17 seconds, bright in the centre, ghosted image on the left where it then gets bright at 18 seconds.

Also corresponds with whatever appears to be going along the street.
Pause it & mouse pointer slowly along the red progress line from about 13 seconds, the changing popup thumbnail highlights it better.
From 21 seconds to the end it's blurred like the camera has moved while the shutter is open.

I'd say he's caught a good image of an over-exposed relfection.

Lol, bioluminescent one maybe?

I think whatever it was was either behind the camera, reflected on the glass or a reflection inside the lens from a car or something on the street.
I have an SLR also & sometimes lights etc. make some weird reflections in low light or at night time.

Yeah it does look like a reflection. I recall the UFO buffs got excited when NASA had live feed from the Space shuttle in the 1990s and there appeared to be glowing discs floating past the on board camera. After the initial excitement some scientists demonstrated the aforementioned UFOs were just ice crystals coming of the shuttle. he floating crystals resembled glowing discs when they floated past the camera and were caught on the autofocus which had them larger than they actually were.

I reckon that it wasn't a UFO that he saw. It was a small bird, probably a crow!

Flying fox is most likely as the wings are reflective. Whatever it was it was reflecting light.

Lol, where'd you hear that one Elias?

I've seen a lot of Flying Foxes over the years both day and night.
Yet to see one with reflective wings.
Their eyes reflect, depending on what type of light is used it's normally a pale yellowy orangey sort of colour.
