This couple need to sue for much more than this because it's the gov who directed doctors to stop performing so many caesareans as it was a "drain on hospital resources" and "many are performed un-necessarily".
So the gov knows better than the attending doctor now.? It pours millions of dollars into research grants which lead nowhere but keeps big businesses happy, while ignoring the very basics of health care which actually do work.
Very little is done by gov's for the "good of our health" as it is always about money and the economy.
Gov "health initiatives" always seem to destroy the common people somehow.
