MP questions bail for attempted child rape accused
Thuringowa MP Sam Cox has spoken to the Attorney-General's office about how a man charged with the attempted rape of a four-year-old-child in Townsville in north Queensland was released on bail.

He was released because we have useless, do-gooding laws in this country.. Obviously child rape is not looked upon as a serious crime, but hey, rob a bank, or rip of a Government department and see if you get bail.. The almighty dollar has overridden the morals, compassion, protection and caring we should be giving to children of these horrific crimes..
