BHP denies decision on Port Hedland
Mining giant BHP Billiton has dismissed suggestions it has already decided to delay its $19 billion Port Hedland harbour expansion for at least two years.

Yes well you can blame the mining tax on this if it does happen. Its probably all propaganda from the Labor Grub Opposition in WA. If the Labor Grubs get in in WA then the State will end up like Qld in the red.
