Budget airline: Tiger Air to introduce 'fast food' travelling

I recently travelled with Tiger Air to Phuket. Tickets cheap but still cost with taxes. Will never travel with them again. I travel about 6 times per year. They broke my checked in luggage and found every excuse not to pay for damages. never had similiar issues with other airlines when baggage was damaged. So I warned them I would tell as many people as I could. So please warn others. Cheap fares but at what cost?

I will be travelling on Tiger with five other members of my family including my aged mother and I do hope that i will not have the same experience as Paul from Melbourne. Please let me know if u or anyone who has had a bad experience on Tigerairways.
