Enjoy! I hope she has done lots of research. Let's hope she has done some cross cultural training. Words from a fellow world traveler. Big city hostels...keep your "grip" close by...use it as a pillow. Don't go off the beaten path with a local at night. Make sure some else see's you check in at the hostel, keep in touch via email. Keep your wits about you and use your common sense, you'll have the time of your life and may not want to come back!
