I could not care less about flights between Exmouth and Karratha.Only the big companies will profit by it. The population of WA probably has to pay for the infrastructure. As you may guess I am very bitter of what is happening to the Pilbara, I have lived and worked there from 1969 till 2006. Now I can not afford to visit the area because of the enormous rises in the cost of hotels and hotel meals. For me the whole coast from Carnarvon to Derby is a no go area. Oh well, I've had my fun there and can think back at the good times I had. For the people living there now, I hope that in 40 years time they can say the same
