Property prices set to rise in the west

AUSTRALIAN house prices are forecast to rise next year as increased affordability and interest rate cuts entice buyers into the market, according to a property industry report.

They have risen enough...what is the point of interest rate cuts that the banks fail to pass on fully after every drop, if the exhorborant cost of houses especially in WA price the young out of the market. Wouldn't it be nice if just once the house prices were stable and the interest rates were low...oh and the state governments removed all those extra costs and taxes which add an extra 16+ grand to your debt. I wonder if we will (in our lifetime see a goverment state or federal that solves the problems of greed in government. What next tax you on your death again....
