TWO Sudanese men were stabbed - one fatally - at Ottoway because they were targeted for revenge by a gang, a court has heard.

Five teenagers appeared in the Youth Court today, charged with murder, attempted murder and affray.

Their adult co-accused, meanwhile, appeared in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on the same charges.

It is alleged the group murdered Sudanese man Akol "Alex" Akok, 23, outside the Wingfield Sports and Social Club late on Monday.

Another 23-year-old man was also stabbed in the back.

Why'd ya call yourself Victor Chang? Victor wasn't targetted for "revenge" he was targetted for distortion which failed and resulted in his murder.

AN HIV-positive Victorian man has pleaded guilty to causing grievous bodily harm by infecting a West Australian woman with whom he had sex.

Wepukhulu Zebtek, 44, from Ivanhoe in Victoria, pleaded guilty to the grievous bodily harm charge in the WA District Court after a charge of aggravated sexual penetration was dropped last month.

Zebtek was charged by police in December 2007 after a woman he had sex with tested positive to HIV days later.

Prosecutor Jeff Sholz said the complainant was a 48-year-old widow who had fled from Sudan to Uganda before coming to Australia. Zebtek, also from Uganda, had befriended the woman when she was walking home from the train from her cleaning job in November 2007, Mr Sholz told the court.

He had spoken to her in Swahili.

"After a short conversation, he offered her a lift home," Mr Sholz said.

It is widely known by the Local and Federal Police that not one instance exists of a racist attack on any ethnic minority in Toowoomba. Yet the media would have you all believe that this is not the case. Stories involving the Sudanese in Toowoomba have also included claims that the WPCA or some other White Pride group have, Fire Bombed the house of a Sudanese woman and her children, rotten eggs and fruit have been thrown at the houses of other Sudanese plus many other BS stories such as Sudanese Business man being forced from town.

All these stories are nothing but lies from the left in Toowoomba. In all the cases mentioned above the crimes once investigated have shown that it was not evil whitey but local Aborigines or the Sudanese themselves. This is never reported.
