Why not publish the "benefits" that are given to our
city, county, state, and federal electeds?

Our County Supervisors have a discretionary fund each year of $3,000,000 and can spend it any way they want.

Why is this?

Because we allow it.

How much does a mayor, a city councilman/woman, supervisor, assemblyman, senator make?

The total?

Let's find out.

It can be done by using the Right to Public Records Act.

All is true and the fat-good-times are all over, time to cut back and make them fill out a mileage voucher slip and turn it in for their .51 cents per mile.

Then the cities can keep track of their employees and account for monies spent, travel trips would be cut back, honesty wouyld return to the system.

Strongly disagree. Don't pay at all for mileage.

Let them pay for their own gas.

They are already overpaid.

No way. Let them pay for their own gas.

It's their sacrifice for the benefits they get as protected, job-secured public employees.
