I Thot this was a good idea till walmart announced today they were doing the same and the target in my area put in a grocery Dept.
This company really needs to grow a spine.
How about being innovative and keeping your innovations private till the competition figures out what going on.
Food deserts was publicized before the plan was implemented. How naive is that.
What happened to testing in different markets, executing if successful then publicizing when you start seeing the positive numbers?
Now everyone is doing it. Wag has no choice.

Being a former floral designer, I really have a problem with stores and lack of knowledge regarding plants and fresh flowers.(It's not the employees fault). Roses (each one) need a fresh cut and clean water in order to survive. The stem beomes dried up and can't suck up water. Customers gets flowers doomed to a very short life. Then the store gets to eat dead flowers, I guess. Do they get reimbursed? My point is, what the hell are they thinking with this wild idea?!!!Will employees have to take heath classes regarding e-coli.etc.?

WAG should just stick to healthcare and not become a grocery store. They are losing focus and just want a piece of everything. I would support them if they implement it right, but history has showed me that WAG always goes in half assed with everything.

Look how long it took to get the photo kiosks to perform correctly, and even now, it's very very slow and plagued with hardware issues. The Fuji system interface is the one of the most un-userfriendly I've seen. Overly complicated.

Catalina coupons? Just recently is it starting to behave consistently. Now we are having issues with the AARP rewards. Sometimes nothing comes out and we don't even know why. Just call 1800Walgreens says FixIt. Customers just P.Oed

I predict inconsistent food deliveries, short expiration dates, and many ad-outs in the future.

So true. I guess its easy to sit up there in corp and come up with these half assed ideas.
