Middle West Spirits and Watershed Distillery are two different businesses -- this summary suggests they are the same. Middle West is located in the short north, and Watershed is out in Grandview. Both distilleries make very different products and shave tark differences in their philosophies around what it is to produce products locally. I'm a big fan of both businesses and their products, but I believe most of the grandview products are just flavored on site and not made from Ohio ingredients. Kudos to both, though for brining back distilling to Ohio.
