A new report shows that the number of illegal immigrants has plummeted in Virginia and Maryland communities that have cracked down on immigration violations.

And we have the documentation following two studies that looked at the Prince William County, VA crackdown, the drop in some numbers and the drop in related crimes - one was a 46% drop in vehicle incidents. However, similar crimes rose in surronding counties that either through word or deed are sanctuary. I have posted the final 300 page report here several times for people to use to prove it does work. Also there is an initial cost but it saves money down the road, long term. The year before our crackdown, we spent an estimated $3.2 million dollars in known expenses towards illegals. When you look at how much ESOL students cost per student and how many left the county (the legal ones stayed and the illegal ones left, not all but a lot) and do the math... just that alone saves hundreds of thousands.
