As a result of the new anti-gun laws passed in the state of NY, Remington Arms now headquartered in NC is considering on moving their NY manufacturing plant in Ilion, NY to a more gun friendly state.

Olympia Arms will no longer sell its products to anyone residing in the state of NY including all government agencies and police.

Gun Manufacturers Get Even With New York State, Cancel Law Enforcement Weapons Orders, Refuse Any Future Ones

Ammo Land:– Based on the recent legislation in New York, we are prohibited from selling rifles and receivers to residents of New York.

We have chosen to extend that prohibition to all governmental agencies associated with or located within New York.

As a result we have halted sales of rifles, short barreled rifles, short barreled shotguns, machine guns, and silencers to New York governmental agencies.

For “civilian” customers residing in New York: At your choice, we will:

Complete your order and ship to a dealer of your choice outside of NY.
Refund your payment in full.
Hold your items here for up to 6 months, at no charge – if you are in the process of leaving NY and taking residence in another state.

For LE/Govt customers in New York: Your orders have been cancelled.

Excerpted from The Blaze: Since New York State enacted its restrictive new gun laws, many manufacturers have sent that state (and others) a message: If local governments are going to severely restrict the ability of citizens to own guns, then these companies will not be selling to law enforcement in those areas.

Among the gun manufacturers sending that message:

Olympic Arms, Inc
La Rue Tactical
EFI, LLC – Extreme Firepower
York Arms
Templar Custom
Cheaper Than Dirt

Expect more arm companies to follow soon.

You do understand that companies will quickly step forward to fill the void, don't you?
Fill the void like the Magpul company-one of the largest firearm accessories manufactures in the nation-probably moving to Texas now because of similar laws?

Companies are quickly stepping forward to defend and protect the 2nd Amendment, as they should be doing. I salute these companies for actually standing up and putting the almighty dollar aside for principle. This country has been sorely lacking in that for quite some time now. But a socialist/Marxist like yourself probably knows little about either I'm guessing.

Socialist/Marxist? Not at all.
Actually, my statement had a very capitalistic point of view. In a free enterprise system, business will always rush in to fill a void where there is consumer demand. You would have seen this if your weren't a stupid hillbilly.
I live in the Mississippi Delta, there are no hills, nice try tho.

I'm as fat as your conception.

Rahm Emanuel, democratic mayor of Chicago, hangs his head in embarrassment because his failed leadership has produced the most anti-second Amendment gun laws in the US, but his idiotic leadership has also resulted in the highest number of murders by guns of any city in America. Would anyone like to take a guess which ethnicity is responsible for the most murders in Chicago? Bless his little heart.

Would anyone like to guess the ethnicity of dual citizen Rahm Emanuel? Why should a dual citizen be allowed to hold a political office in the United States? Why should a dual citizen be allowed to old the office of Chief of Staff in the United States? In all reality the office of Chief of Staff is the second most powerful position to hold in Washington. Why should someone with loyalties to another country be allowed to hold a position(s) as powerful as the Mayor of Chicago or COS?

States like Texas and Mississippi continue to encourage gun and ammo manufacturers to leave states which are not considered gun friendly to move to their states. Winchester has moved parts of its company to Mississippi.
