This is probably the worse finance/ car dealership I've ever been to. You start off in an upside down loan and terrrible service will never buy from again, and def. do not reccommend.

I bought my vehicle in Indianapolis, In. I paid every payment on time for almost two years. The first time I had trouble, noone wanted to help me. They just wanted money or my vehicle. Mind you my car has had troubles since I bought it but I still paid my payments when they wouldn't fix anything. They fixed my tail lights and broke my trunk latch so I was never able to use it. I went to get it fixed three times and they never had the part. So They repoed my car and all my personal belongings with it. I told them I wanted my items from the trunk and the gentleman said he would make sure I got them. I also told them I would pay the money I owed the following friday to get my car back. They repoed on a friday, that following Monday I called anyone and everyone trying to find my belongings and the car. Noone knew where it was. I then told them to find it so I can pay and get it back. I left over 50 messages with so many people and noone got back with me. i kept trying, for three weeks I put over 600 minutes on my phone trying to find my car. After three weeks someone told me they already sent my car to the auction after 10 days. Noone had this information to give me. By law they have to contact me and let me know what is going to happen with the car. In my car they have my social security # along with all three of my daughters social 3's as well as their birth certificate. They sold the car with all my personal belongings in it. How I know, that is what they told me. They said I'm out of luck. WTF!!b No i'm not. As far as I am concerned I am reporting Navigator for stealing mine and my three daughters Identity! Do not go here!!

Tamika, I hope you learned a lesson about borrowing money from this finance company. Why don't you use your local bank or at least shop around for the lending institution that has the lowest interest rate? I have never heard of a bank doing the things you and the others have written about on this thread. I am sorry you had these problems, just chalk it up as an education. Remember most laws protect the lenders and not us consumers, and for goodness sakes stay away from those high interest finance companies.

I'm a firm believer in Karma and the people of Navigator Acceptance are filled with a cancer that infects every employee. One can't not just say its my job and use that as a excuse for how they treat people. Bad things happenm when good people do nothing. Feel free to contact me to get involved in getting justice from this company. 18127987612. Collins report

i had my car repoed by navigator acceptance i received no letter or any thing . A dude named james tucker told me it would be fine for me to make my paymnt two weeks late as scheduled called in made paymnt as normal he had set me up for repo they are extremely rude stating that they will make it to where i do not get my car back. i received no letter and to find about my car was put into a lease which after one day of breaking will set me up for repo or not having insurance correctly paid will set up for repo. Its been a living hell with this company i was not orginally financed with them my loan was sold over to these people 2 years after i purchased the car due to my previous lein holder going out of business . These people are no joke and i am considering gettign rid of the car to stop doing business with these nutt buckets ...

I decided to have my phone turned off so they would quit calling me. They were calling at least 3 times a day everyday. My work changed my pay dates and I called Navigater to see if they will work with me on that and they rudely and firmly said NO. I begged and pleaded my case but to no avail. I too purchased my truck at a place that Navigater took over. My lease I signed with the previous car lot states that I can have my truck signed over someone who wants to "take over payments" and Navigator said NO-WAY, I cannot do that! legally, Don't they have to honor my lease as it stands?

Lady r - how did you get the car back? I am in exact same position and same guy - James - has lied his way though this. Nevermind the rude, I need to figure out how to get passed him and to someone who can get this done. They keep telling me there is no manager in the building. What kind of company has no manager in the building? Who did you speak with?

My husband brought a car from them for me, We have had nothing but problems from them. They will begin to call on Tuesday saying we are late and our payment isn't till Saturday I have drooped off payment ahead of time we always pay 50$ more then is owed and they tell us we didn't pay enough.I have kept every receipt since we got the car 8 mouths ago in this 8 mouth we have paid 13,000 and still owe 4,000. There cars are poorly maintained, over priced, they provide no customer care, and will call your work telling your boss you have not paid them and flat out lie to get a hold of you just to tell you your payment is due in 2 days.
I would not tell my worst enemy to buy anything from them.

Never buy a car from a finance company nor finance one through a finance company. If you insist in doing so you will be screwed blued and tattooed, and it is no fun. Only dummies deal with finance companies. Do without or go to a bank for financing.

I purchased a car from navigator acceptance in Terre Haute, Indiana. I told them my paydates and then a month after I got the car my pay dates changed. Now they wont work with me. They told me to either get the money or take the car back, well they can come and get the car. Im not wasting my gas to take back a car. They was very rude people I would not advise anyone to go and get a car from them.

navigator is the worse place to get your car from. after having the car for less than one year. the head gaskets. rocker arms and other parts blew. meaning i had to repair up to 900 dollars out of my own pocket. when i told them what all i had to do to repair the car i was told that i had insurance on the vehicle parts. and of course i was paying for this insurance. but it wouldn't cover ...head gaskets.. oil change. rocker arms. spark plugs. nothing. so my question to them is what the heck did it cover then i had to basically half way re build the engine. so long story short i ended up having to pay for all the damages with no help and i fell behind on my car note of course. then they turned off my car and threatned to repo it. i ended up having to double pay my payments to catch up. and throughout all of this they didn't care. they were rude and unprofesional at the same time. it was as if everyone i was speaking to i actually owed them the money personally or somthing. i was like what the heck are you so rude to me for lady. your acting like the money came out of your pocket.. i have had the car for two years and can't wait to pay it off. hate talking to them. they are more concerned with taking your vehicle from you then they are helping you pay for the vehicle. do not buy from them!!!!!

I purchased a car from this scam artist so called dealership , with 500.00 down.Coincidently it never showed as a down payment on the purchase order. Each time I call them in Indianapolis to question about where the 500.00 went they always refer me to call various people to ask (not over here over there)syndrome. When I begin to question about how business is ran then they get very nervous and do not want to deal with you .Lets call Names how about the so called General Manager Jeff Perkins andLeo Romero a bunch of Damn hillbilly crooks.I went to the location on Washington Street to make a payment the place was being policed by a Sheriff
The situation must be really bad if you have to have the Police @ your place of Shady business, the sign said closed for inventory but funny they were open for payments. When I asked Ms Lora Fine what was going on she could not even look me in the face
I encouraged everyone that has been walked on by this Company please post your comments.I have contacted the Attorney Generals Office. This company was praticing a lot of unethical habits ,and by the way you quickly put on my credit report the loan amount but you have reluctantly reported that you have recieved payments for the last 8 months on time my credit reports shows (pays as agrees) but coincidentlly never showing them reporting for the last 8 months do you smell Ponzy scheme or Scam maybe both.

ya this place is the worse customer service. My work is very slow for one right now. and its very difficult for me to make my payments. i understand that it is my job to make sure i make these payements. however just because i do not some time or another. does not give anyone the right to call me names and yell at me. one time i was late for a payment. and i was not argueing or being mean to the customer service lady. and she just was going off. on me. saying" we will come get your f*u*c*k*n car mr. Clark". and continued cussing and yelling at me. first off being late on a car payment does not give anyone the right to curse at me and call me names. they are a joke. they have chared other peoples credit cards to my account before. and have told me i had a 0 dollar balence then a month latter tell me i owe them 365 dollars because months ago there was a mistake and they were charging other peoples cards to my accounts. but the money was coming off of my card as well. so at the end of the day. they were taking double payemts off of my card and someone elses card. and then i ended up having to pay the 365 dollars even tho i had the proof that they took it off my debit card. they are a joke!

Tim, if they are doing what you say they are not jokers they are criminals and should be reported to he proper authorities. Your state should have an agency which regulates businesses like those. Do yourself and your fellow people a favor and report their criminal activities. Remember never buy a vehicle or finance a vehicle through a finance company.

I do agree with all of these postings. That CEO looks like on schemer and the people who call you have no regards or make any attempts to show any type of common courtesy or respect. They are vultures. It is understood that we all go through finacial difficulties and this was probably our only option but shouldn't we the customers be forewarned when the original finance company is bought out by a snake. Shouldn't it be our decision to continue making these payments to someone who we did not originally sign our contracts with. Totally dissatisfied with and fed up with this disgusting piece of shit company. They always calling you but when you call them they never answer only busy signal. WTF, get it together scam artists. I only hope with the economy the way these employees act you do keep your job and your boss it good to you dumbasses
