I'm looking for experiences with this dealership. I've only found 4 reviews online (2 good, 2 bad). I'm looking at driving down from Kentucky to purchase a vehicle from them but I don't want to waste my time if they are a crooked dealer.

I appreciate any useful and honest reviews

i appreciate the useful response. I have contacted them 3 times with no response so I'm going to take that as poor business practice. Maybe they will contact me before the end of the week.
big deal

I recently purchased a car at ABAC after seeing their ad on the internet. After arriving at the site, I wasn't sure I wanted to stop. The office is well below street level and gave me an uneasy feeling. I am sure that this site is a low overhead cost which passes saving to customers. However, they had the car I wanted, so down the hill I went. The first thing you notice is an inventory of very nice looking cars, no junkers here. We spotted the car in the ad and went to look at it, very nice and clean. Salesman Caesar was extremely busy and told us the keys were in the door, to help ourselves to inspect the car. It was nice! We took it for a test drive, drove like new. I went back the next day to take it for a mechanical check, all checked out except the catalytic converter. He agreed to have it replaced at no cost to me, which he did. I took the car back to the mechanic for verification of the replacement. I got a great car at a great price. Cesar was great to work. I am sure there will be people that are difficult to please in a used car purchase, but not for a lack of trying on the part of Cesar. I was amazed at the number of cars going home with buyers. They do not finance but will arrange bank financing if needed. I will definitely buy there again.
They sell hundreds of cars, but there are very few complaints to be found on line.

Do not buy here this place is a complete joke!!! They are professional scam artist and I dont know how they sleep at night. I bought a car her in march and already replaces the right wheel bearing new roaters new brakes four new tires having issues with the A/C working the right door leaks when it rains and they could really care less. They refuse to fix anything I put down 3,500 for what i thought was a nice reliable car for me and my children but I was wrong now im stuck with a car that has many hidden damages driving around sweating cause the air dosent work after they supposely fixed it or they had thier illegal immigrants working in the back to fix it but of course the next day it wasnt working. The owner is a complete jerk and he should really watch what hes doing cause karma comes around to bad business people like himself. All i can say is they are not to be trusted you will regret buying here sleezy ruthless money hungry scumbags!!!!!!!!!!

Don't be "stupid".

Don't be "stupid"... that's what the owner (Wes) called me when I told him about the $1500 I had to spend fixing the car THE DAY AFTER I BOUGHT IT!

Don't get me wrong, the staff (Cesar) was very friendly and helpful and the transaction was smooth and easy.

The problem came after I drove off of the lot. Wes told me that he sells cars for cheap and people should know that they are going to have to do maintenance (mine included new brakes, new tires (which I obviously knew before buying the car), a new fuel sensor, and an oil change). He said that you even have to do those things when you buy a new car! I asked him if he thought his customers should expect him to sell them cars that need all of that done the day they drive off of the lot, and he said that his customers should be smart, and use their brain!

For the cherry on top, my car did not come with the IPOD interface cable that connects to the car, and when I went to read the owner's manual to figure out what i needed, i realied that they gave me an owner's manual for a completely different car!

Don't be stupid... expect surprises!

They are the worst. They are the a perfect example of the shady dealer. They tried to sell a 2011 Nissan which they claimed was in great condition for like 18000 but after taking it to be inspected by a master mechanic I was shown extensive damage underneath. Everything was completely rusted and would have to be replaced(brakes, struts, rotors, fuel line, cats, etc. If it was underneath it had to be replaced) The mechanic said it was a car that had been damaged by snow/salt. It was gonna cost over 7000 to get it fixed. The mechanic said its not worth it, I would come out better going to a Nissan dealer or a dealer with a good reputation. Which is what I will do. After reading all the reviews on the other sites I'm just gonna avoid these crooks.

Thank you for your replies. These reviews kept us from making the over an hour drive tomorrow. We'll stick with a reputable well known dealer, but we know even there, you can get a lemon. Just feel safer going to a better dealer who "might" fix any problems found by a mechanic. Definitely pays to get a vehicle checked out..like the rust problem mentioned above.
