Yea, like prison for at least 20 years with at least 10 to serve, the rest on intense parole. Also to never have contact with the twins till they are 21 years of age. Who needs a sorry a** Mother and grand mother. For jay i think there is hope. Tessa is one sick Bi*ch!

Hope for Jay, yes there is I know him and the family and I remember how Jay was when the twins were born. He was a very devoted father and was always holding them and taking care of them. It is just a heat breaking shame that drugs came into their lives and took over every breath they took. I feel very strong that when Jay has served his time and has paid for his part in all this he will be there to help his sons grow up. I know that his family has really done such a great job of care and love for the boys. As for a quote tht Tessa made about none of Jay's family friends never came to their house that is not true. I was there when the boys were born and visted their home a few times when they were infants. So her lies keep on coming. I have sat back since day one and read all these sites and some of the things that were said were so off the wall and not true. Tessa and her family have told so many untruths on here it just blows my mind.

What is wrong with this family? I have been reading this post for a while, but there is NO way I could ever read all 2006 posts. This just brings tears to my eyes! But from what i gather, this is a really screwed up family. Why aren't the rest of them in jail yet? What is wrong with the Clayton Co. Judicial System? These people should have all been put behind bars since the day this happened and not let out! Is Tessa's mother still married? If so, where is the husband? Did he not know what was going on with his grandchildren? And as far as the sister, from what I have read, I guess she is just as big of a piece of shit as the rest of them? Are they all on drugs? This is what I am gathering from this. Am I correct? This is one of the most in-humane stories that I have ever heard and they (the family) are all just running free? Prayers go out to the twins. Atleast Jay's family was and is there to take care of and love them. They deserve the best! God Bless.

On Friday, there was a motion filed to set a new bond for tessa. I wonder if they will let her free again?

It's not supposed to be "pleasant." It's jail! If it was like the Hilton, I think that would defeat the purpose! You're not supposed to want to go back! If you don't like it, DON'Y BREAK THE LAW!

My comments were not so much about the inmates but, about corruption in the CC system. It's a guilty until I have enough money to be proven innocent. In this case it goes to trial when someone runs out of money for lawyers. Now the county gets your taxed income to support another piece of crap for who knows how long. IT'S ALL ABOUT MONEY, NOT JUSTICE. Jay should have been in some kind of mental program by now & not just made to lie there & rot. I'm NOT condoning what he did & i'm not saying he doesn't need punishment, but this is not the way. All he's doing is learning how to be a criminal. If this was some one close to you you would look at it different. Remenber it's this system, not them I am referencing to.

I don't know about all but, 8-10-09 is probably a date for another postponment because the new lawyer hasn't had time to sort out Tessa's lies.
