That is pretty funny stuff. Will be interesting to see who the Judge's Commission thinks was right and who they think was wrong. A part of my wants to root for the judge because its a pretty funny obscene tirade. She really seems to think the policeman wronged her in some way.

What's funny about it? Would you like to be on the receiving end of it?

Just as the road workers last year handled themselves admirably when physically attacked by Mr. Cook. The best way to deal with bullies is to laugh in their faces and walk away. Probably wouldn't be my way in those instances, but I do admire these victims for the way they managed to keep their cool. Sometimes it is enough to know that others are laughing at their egos that pushes them further over the edge. To know that they are the objects of laughter or pity is enough for me right now. I was telling a friend about the audio on RN-T today and she thought I was making it up. Hearing is believing.

Of course you, the lying hypocrite, thinks it's funny. But if it had been a civilian recording a cop talking to him like that, you'd be calling for the cop's resignation. That's why you're so bad at debating. You're inconsistent.

Cops talk to regcits like that all the time. They never resign over it and it is not considered as news. Police on the Internet joke about regcits who complain when police use this kind of language out of the mouths of policemen.
Policemen can't use the N-word, but that is about the only restriction on them.
This, of course, is a large part of what makes this situation funny. Don't get me wrong. I am glad that the situation is being investigated, and the judge may deserve a reprimand depending upon who did what, but this sensitivity to the policeman's tender, virgin ears is still funny in any case.

Who said that LE had virgin ears? We all expect them to deal with the filth on the streets, because that is what they are paid to do. We don't expect them to encounter the filth when they are sitting in a judge's chambers from the one wearing the robe of justice. There is nothing in the situation to find any hilarity in. These same LE will be in her courtroom giving evidence in future cases. How is that going to work? Shall we expect the lady judge to call them liars and lower than the scum they arrest, from the bench next time? Laugh away with your twisted mind, but most of us will continue to feel disgust and embarrassment at her antics.

I think the honorable judge is a perfect representative of chattooga county. If every man in chattooga raped one woman, the judge would be the resulting child.

Do you really expect Judge Cook-Connelly to remain in her appointed position. Do you believe that she will have these same agents in front of her or in her Chambers again? I think Not. Do you really believe that the State will let this sad state of affairs continue. Remember, and this is my opinion, Most Judges are failed Lawyers. An average Lawyer according to sources can make 200 to 300 Thousand per year. A really good Lawyer sees over 1 Million every year. The best of Judges while working little and having to answer to no one make only about $140,000 per year plus what they can steal. I absolutely do not believe that most Judges accept bribes, however I also believe that some Judges take bribes as a part of the Job. They truly think they are ENTITLED!! Now when a Judge is called forward to answer charges of wrongdoing, some of their supporters are up in arms. They are not and I repeat NOT IMMUNE to criminal charges if wrongdoing is proven. It has happened before and if proven guilty will happen here.

You have to remember that this discussion is about Chattooga County. The corruption runs deep. There is improvement and hopefully it will continue to improve. Evidence disappears from the courthouse. No one is investigated. What does that tell you? Criminals are left to continue in their business for years because evidence vanishes.
Now we have a lawsuit brought against the Sheriff because he is taking the bull by the horns. How does this average joe have the money to retain BLC?
Does no one question the whys and hows of these strange facts?

It sounds like someone that has lost all control of what they always had control over. It is easy enough to be calm when you are innocent or when you know you hold all the cards and nothing illegal you do will have any consequences.
Neither of these scenarios appear to fit in with her reactions of late. Something is definitely turning around. Waiting for the next installment of the SAGA. LOL

Many of these drug cops need their asses exposed in public. Sounds like Kristina Cook is giving them what they need and she will win in the end. The DEA and State Drug bureaus hire temporary informants to snitch and set people up. The only problem is the informants are usually shady characters who will lie or tell their supervisors what he or she wants them to say to get a conviction. This has been greatly abused in the past and unfortunately innocent folks have gone to jail. The GBI will have their complaint overthrown.

Informants almost NEVER testify in court. You know what that means? You can't use anything they TOLD you in court. It's called "hearsay." They can tell you something and you can verify it on your own, then you can use it in court. But you can't go to court and say, "We arrested this guy because an informant told us he sold drugs, and that's all the evidence we have." It doesn't work like that. When you believe something an informant tells you without verifying it on your own, things like Neal Street happen.
