The DOT has made it clear that for the next year or so they are going to provide mind boggling idiocy to all of their projects to pay back the citizens that made fun of Commissioner Hot Pants. They are doing to shut down the down town area every weekend for thirty weekends instead of doing the work nightly, while this festering project is under way they are going to shut down a main bridge to increase the deadlock. How stupid are these people, when you are on Freedom Parkway at the last light before crossing the road to the entrance of South bound 85/75 there are huge signs that say left lane closed 1000 feet, but the lane does not close, ha ha ha Commish Hot Pants just loves her work, darling can I have another Martini? They pay this Hottie almost 300 grand to destroy a city for close to a year.

What are some alternatives going Connector Southbound to 14th St besides the Northbound Detour or cutting through Atlantic Station?

Amen to that. Driving in downtown is a waste of time. Anytime we go to downtown we get on the train at Northridge and ride. It'll take you anywhere you want to go and the kids love it!
