This is a tribute to a studious family oriented, affable, gracious young lady.
These words represent a brief synopsis of an accomplished yet equally brief life. Words cannot express your grief and my desire to comfort all of you. "STAY FOCUS ON JESUS."

Much respect to her family. I knew her as Ava-Gayle Sharpe, we went to Ely high school together, were in the medical science program together and rode the same school bus. I had just ran into her like a month ago when she was doing her rounds through the hospital that I work for, I hadnt seen her since we graduated. Now, of course, I am glad we had a chance to talk and laugh and share some memories, we were supposed to get together soon. But I thank God I had the chance to see her once more, now I can share with our classmates. God bless the Sharpe and Parks families, and all of us friends and family who care for her dearly.

I did not know Ms. Parks personally. From what I have read, she appeared to be such a kind, thoughtful, intelligent, and beautiful young woman. Being a mother myself and having the thought of losing a child so young, so talented, and so loving, must be more then one can bear. My heart goes out to her family and especially to her daughter who will grow up without mother. What a tragedy and an unfair cause just before Mother's Day. God does not like evil, may the Mustang driver come to reason with himself and find truth in himself to come forward with why he caused the death of this young lady on that horrible day. My God bless you and keep the family safe and sound.

Ava-gayle I know that you are here in spirit “fly girl” I want you to fly, fly high like the eagle you are and enjoy every moment of it.
Out of every crisis comes the chance to be reborn, to reconceive ourselves as individuals, to choose the kind of change the will help us to grow and to fulfill ourselves more completely. To the “Sharpes & Parks family” before choosing to recover, most of us lived through crisis after crisis. I know it’s not possible for most of us to realize that a crisis is a tool for growth it may overwhelm us for a time, but know that the clouds are clearing after the rain. Breathe deeply, look to GOD and listen for the messages that are coming through from your family members and friends. Life is a series of lessons and crises can be seen as the homework, they aren’t there to defeat us but to help us grow and to graduate us into the next stage of life. I will keep all of you in my prayers and know that my husband and I send our condolences. Love Colin. B & Nikki. B

Although I don't know Ava, I just wanted to say that I pray that the Lord will comfort her family and that this will be used for "his" purpose and perfect plan. May God shine down his mercy and abounding grace on those who knew and loved her.

"Tears are like rain, they loosen up our soil so we can grow in different directions"
I must say that Iam sadden at the lost of this beautiful young lady (Ava-gayle), I’ve had the privilege to share the same birth month with her, enjoyed her in her earlier part of life watching her grow into her teenaged years, and now that she’s gone Iam hurting and sad, but then Iam finding the courage to consol myself and I would like to share a piece of my heart with Brian, Madison, Mr. & Mrs. Sharpe, Stacey, Susan, Laurie-ann, and Jenice by saying. I know that your tears shed on the rocky places of our lives, but it can make tiny pebbles out of boulders that block your paths, but you must find the courage to let those tears wash away the blinders covering your eyes. Your tears will help you see anew!! If you are willing to look straight ahead clearly, openly, with understanding, forgiving and with expectation of a better view. Let your tears nurture the inner you, they will soften your rootedness to old memories and your tears will lessen your resistance to new growth. Ava, please know that you will forever be apart of my memory and I love you.
(Sharpes & Parks) keep your heads up and smile:) again and always, always STAY FOCUSED ON JESUS…Love Sis. Sonia Barnes: Ft.Lauderdale, Florida

I went to Ely High School with Ava-Gayle. She was a true treasure: full of passion and her last name at the time truly fit her. She was very extremely intelligent and very sharp. I still have pictures of her. Though, I haven't seen her for a while, I managed to keep up with her through mutual friends. Even now my heart is saddened to know that I won't get the chance to see her again, until I reach heaven as well, where I'm certain she is right now. To her husband, daughter, and other family members: know that the prayers of my wife and I are with you and we pray the peace of God come upon you to help console you during this time of pain.

To the Sharpe family, like Mr. Veasy said, a name so fitting for such a family. I will always remember Ava-Gayle. When I met this family close to 15 years ago I was instantly blessed. Bro. and Sis. Sharpe you have done a tremedous job raising as I have always described them "Perfect Ladies". These aren't just women, they are Ladies for there IS a difference you must know. They have always been very well put together, clean, well spoken, ALWAYS smiling (and I know NOT every single day is is full of pleasantries) in one word they are just SHARPE. Everytime I come around them I can just feel the presence of the Holy Spirit. I am PROUD to be a PenTab Academy Parent where Mrs. Barbara Sharpe is principal, my children love and respect her very much. Bro. Sharpe I know you love your girls greatly, nestle in the embrace of Gods Gentle Arms for he won't leave you. Sis. Sharpe I love you. I see and feel gentleness in you all the time, in 15 years it has never been different. Stacy, Janice, Laurie, Susan God promised and I know He's true to His Word, "I will never leave you nor forsake you". Brian and Madison I have never met you guys but I know you are Wonderful because God chose you for Ava-Gayle and you are apart of her. Cry all you want whenever you want and let the Lord comfort you. Just like we can't see God physically, but we know he's there, we also know that Dr. Ava-Gayle Park is right there. There are few million sick children in this world that our pediatrician could not reach if she were still here on earth so she had to become universal to help God with them.

I knew Ms. Ava-Gayle from Ely High and UF. She was the most charming and beautiful person I knew. She always reminded me that we are a blessed individuals and that each moment is a gift. She didn't just live life...she treasured EVERY moment. She is truly an angel and will be missed.

To the Sharpes and family,
I got to know Ava-Gayle's mom, as she is the Principle of Pentab Academy where my daughter Kelly is a pre-k student. Principle Sharpe is an exceptional godly woman who shines bright for the Lord in all she does and in all she says and even though I never got to meet her daughter Ava-Gayle, I know that she was the same way and I want to let you know that my heart is with Mrs. Sharpes and with your family.
You are in my thoughts and in my prayers. You have touched so many people's lives. You touched mines with your deep love, commitment, dedication and loyalty to the Lord. I know that through this storm that is raging so fiercely right now you will find peace in Jesus who is with you embracing and holding you tight in His loving arms. I love you and I thank God for you and your family.

To the Sharpe family, It is only today I felt I could write anything with a resembleance of sence regarding the terrible terrible tragedy that has occurred in our family. We in the UK are still stunned; we did not know Ava, but we knew that Bryian had chosen an angel and from the comments thus far we were right; your angel joined our family for a while and then God called her for higher duties.
If love and prayers could bring her back she would be with us again. We share in the sorrow and loss, but thank God for Maddison who will be loved and cherished from near and far. God Bless.
