Blame Shirley Franklin for mismanaging Atlanta into massive debt and for providing social failures to the black community. While racist Shirley spent too much time passing legislation to keep upper class whites from moving to the city, city services crumbled and Atlanta deteriorated into a ghetto based economy and high crime center. Shirley used Atlanta's high crime to scare whites from relocating to Atlanta so as to maintain the black majority who votes color over competence.

Yep, and those 10 kids learn from thier parents. It is a vicious cycle perpetuated by the Democrats Plantation which is fueled by welfare and food stamps. Every time someone is against welfare and food stamps those living on the Democrats Plantation cry "Racist!", and the cycle continues. People with strong backbones and character say no to welfare, food stamps, free medical care, and etc. so they are not slaves to the Democrats Plantation System any longer.

but why in 2004? Why are we talking about 2004? that's 6 years ago. What is it now? Don't they have those stats? What's the point in talking about something that was relevant 6 years ago...

Monica with the economy the way it is after obama's election, and the increase of blacks into Atlanta since 2004 I suspect the stats have gotten worse.
