Atlanta has had some sorry mayors. The previous one is in prison right now. Shirley franklin has turned out to be the sorriest mayor ever. The city is mis-managed, in debt, a leader in crime, corrupt to the core, and unfriendly to white residents. Atlanta's water system is in shambles, the city hospital is mis-managed and in debt, taxes are too high, and services are poor. Shirley should hang her head in shame. Most of her family has criminal convictions and Shirley is only uncaught so far.

shirley franklin needs to resign. She has messed up the city beyond repair. Only new leadership can solve Atlanta's problems. Give her the zoo keeper's job and give her the budget and salary the zoo keeper had during the miserable maynard jackson administration when shirley was the city's money manager. The zoo keeper was taking home the zoo's peacocks and killing them to feed his family his salary was so low.

shirley has proposed raising taxes on Atlanta residents to fund HER $140 million budget shortfall. The city will eliminate 800 workers starting immediately. Those remaining city workers will have to make up the extra work and they won't like it one bit. They can't even use the city's computers because they don't know how.
What do Lithonia, Clayton County School System, and Atlanta have in common? They are all mismanaged failures!

What do Lithonia, Clayton County School System, and Atlanta have in common? They are all mismanaged failures! We could probably save the city even more moneyI by eliminating 80,000 gangstas and ditbags instead. But don't just push them across the border into Marietta, move them to one of the sparsely populated rural counties. They can get jobs picking crops, so we won't have to depend on illegal immigration. Seriously, I'm proposing this as an economic plan for the state of Georgia.

How is it that Atlanta is going through a budget crisis? IT should raise a question as to whether or not people were/are swindling money into personal accounts.... With all of the corporations, tourism and population boom going on in the ATL, something like this is inexcusable!
