you hit the nail on the head with that 1. And all those in jail are innocent. No 1 want to give a reason for being under Investigation By DFACS. HUUUUM. Wonder Why? At court last week, i showed a letter stating that i was following the judges orders by going to counseling, but she said that my letter was not relavent, and sh refuses to excet my sphycological evaluation. She will not return my phone calls, and does not seem to want to help in reuniting me wih my daughter. Now the Defacs worker says that she knows a couple that cannot have children who would like to adopt my baby.
The Grandparents, according to cobb county, are the loving a nurtuing ones for the baby, and i am willing to give them guardianship of my baby, but know one will listen.
I have come to find out that CPS should not be able to remove a child from the home unless neglect or abuse comes into play. That came straight from a pamplet given to me by Defacs themself.
The baby was never abused while she resided with the Grandparents or me for that matter. When i visitedmybaby in foster care a few months back,inoticed that she had a scratch on her face, reaked of urine, and had the forms of a black eye. The first foster mother that she was with said that s he did not eat for the first week that she was with her, she had to feed her witha dropper through a straw. We found this out after one worker involved said that my baby was fine.
Please pray for justice, and that no one ever has to go through the pain of losing their child tothe system illegaly.

i am kinda going thru the same thing. douglas county dfacs is a nightmare. my 3 children got taken away from me and now the foster mom and dad are being very very difficult and dfacs is being just as difficult. pot my god pot they found found pot in my system that was because of my neigbor calling and making false accustions now here i am.wow what a legal system.yeah we can trust the goverment.they take our kids and ain't even doing the right thing with them.they are half ass raising OUR children and we can even control it.what do we do may god bless us and our situations.
