I just have one question, how do they plan on enforcing this? I've seen the question asked several times, but never have I seen anyone answer it.

Cats have claws to defend themselves, dogs have teeth to defend themselves, snakes have venom to protect themselves, and finally man has a WEAPON to defend himself!

Way to go Gov!

It's about time.

People have always been bringing guns into parks, restraunts, and MARTA. What this bill does is change the demographics of who is armed.

Well, maybe since it's a law now, some jerk might think twice about holding up a populated place.
Not a gun owner myself, crooks are a bold lot. Now they will not only have to worry about the cops, but someone in the crowd my blow their behind off.

No guns allowed in federal parks including Lake Lanier. This is great that some common sense prevails. I want to live in a civilized society not one rulled by the gun. I am writing all the resturants I frequent and advising them they will no longer have my business. Eventually the power of the $$$ will prevail and this law will be repealled. Sony is just another gun nut.

No criminal is gonna do any dirty work with a weapon registered in his/her real name. What about the drunks in the bars that never got to do this before and now will act like a lil kid in the toy store thinking they can waive they're lil toy around at any and everybody that they feel threatened by.
LET THE GAMES BEGIN PEOPLE!

Wrong about Federal Parks. Guns are allowed under certain conditions and have been for a lot of years. Also, many guns are in Federal Parks innocently in people's vehicles. You are welcome to stay out of public parks, restaurants, and hide under your bed from now on. Why don't you publish your home address and tell everyone that you are a gun free home? With no way to defend yourself the thugs will be after you immediately. Meanwhile, the legal gun owners are able to defend themselves as well they should be.
